New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
USD 207 requires the Active Duty Military Member information to be used as the primary guardian.
 
Complete required fields to request an account to access the New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) Portal. Once the information below has been submitted, you will receive an email with your temporary log in information. For this reason, you must enter the primary guardian's email address.
 
Caution: Do not use a tablet or smart phone to complete this application. Screen size and resolution is critical.
 
Are you enrolling more than one student? A button to add an additional student will display once you have submitted the initial student's application.
 
No email response? Make sure you check your junk mail. Once you receive the email, you will be given a link for the enrollment login page.
